Managed to get a same day appointment today with Julie for ear wax removal which which fantastic as I was very concerned about my hearing. The service is amazing, got instant relief and received advice on protecting my hearing. Will recommend Julie to all my family and friends and will be back again future.

I recently received acupuncture at the spectacle maker for my tinnitus, after 4-6 sessions I noticed the ringing in my ears had reduced, my mood is better and I am sleeping better. The service here is amazing, the staff and the other services they provide for vision and audiology is second to none.

Ive worn glasses most of my adult life but today was most definately the first time ive experienced a first class service compared to any other opticians ive been to. Tony was so thorough and professional. It was a total pleasure. The selection of beautiful frames and the girls were so friendly.and helpful. Looking foward to receiving my new frames. When my teenage son with Autism was in sensory overload due to ear wax blocking his ears Tony appreciated his frustration and the urgency of the situation for him and agreed to see him that day. When we got there the receptionist was so pleasant and helpful and Tony went above and beyond to support my son through the ear wax removal process. He took his time, explained everything and went at my sons pace. Safe to say he did an excellent job and I left with a different boy who was so relieved to be able to hear again.
